- 24 hours or more: one free reschedule
- 4–24 hours: one reschedule with a 50% rescheduling fee
- Less than 4 hours or after the session starts: rescheduling is unavailable
A booking made less than 24 hours before its session has a 1-hour grace period only while the session remains more than 4 hours away.
