Book a session to visit the Cat Café

*DO NOT bring your own cat food/treats to feed the cats*

*Try not to be late for your session as we cannot extend your time if you are late*

*A 5% transaction fee is charged for all online transactions*

*All bookings are non-refundable*




Rules: No flash photography, no loud noises, no running around, do not feed our cats with your own cat food or human food,  no outside food allowed, do not pick up cats, do not disturb sleeping cats, do not mistreat cats, and no children under 8 years old. These rules are in place for the safety and well being of the cats. If the rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave and no refund given.

Please arrive promptly for your session, as we may not be able to extend your time to a full hour if you are late.

Please be aware a non-refundable entry fee is required at the time of booking. This ensures your session with the cats is secure. Online booking is recommended as we may not have any spaces to fit you in if you are a walk-in.

Booking Cancellation/Refund: If you wish to cancel your booking please be aware the entry ticket purchased at the time of the booking is non-refundable as we have given that session away. All bookings are non-refundable. 

COVID-19 (Corononavirus) Refund Policy: All affected bookings are non-refundable if we are forced to close due to government restrictions or have received public health orders to isolate. This also applies to all visitors who are required to isolate due to COVID. We will still honour all affected bookings and allow you to reschedule to your affected booking so long as we are notified at least 1 day in advance. Proof of COVID result may be requested.

Reschedule a Booking: PLEASE ENSURE TO SELECT A DATE AND TIME YOU CAN ATTEND AS WE CANNOT RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION. To reschedule, please reply to your email order confirmation or email us as we do not accept booking changes over the phone. We reserve the right to refuse to reschedule your booking if it is less than 24 hours notice. ALL BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE.
