All bookings are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling is only permitted when the requirements of our Rescheduling & Refund Policy are met, including the applicable notice periods and restrictions. Fees may apply. Where rescheduling is permitted, each booking may be rescheduled once only.

Infants and toddlers are not permitted. Children under 8 are generally not permitted.
For children nearing 8 years of age, a parent or guardian may contact us before making a
booking to request approval.
