Booking Rules
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- We require visitors to provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling. Please reply to the booking confirmation email you received from us and provide us with a preferred new date and time. We will get back to you with a confirmation
- No children under 8 years old are allowed
- DO NOT bring your own food/drinks. Only food/drinks purchased from us can be consumed in the cat lounge
- DO NOT bring your own cat food/treats. Only treats purchased from us can be given to our cats
- Do NOT feed the cats with your hands/fingers. You may leave the treats on the table/floor to prevent the risk of accidental bites or scratches
- You may arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, read the rules and order your drinks
- Our sessions run on time. We will not be able to give you extra time if you are late
- Please remove your shoes in the cat lounge. You may wear your own socks or our slippers. Shoe covers are included in some of the tickets
- Store your bags in the storage cabinet. You may bring your mobile and wallet with you in the cat area
- Any lost items, damages and injuries are under your responsibility
- Do not chase, pick up or restrain the cats. You will find the cats will come to you more if you sit and relax
- We will not be held liable for any injuries sustained or losses sustained as a result of your interaction with the cats Cats by nature can be unpredictable and may sometimes scratch or bite
Booking and Digital Gift Voucher Cancellation/Refund: If you wish to cancel your booking please be aware the entry ticket purchased at the time of the booking is non-refundable and also cannot be rescheduled as we have given that session away.
All bookings and digital gift vouchers purchased are non-refundable.
Reschedule a Booking: Please ensure to selecte a date and time you can attend as we are unable to reschedule your booking unless we are given at least 24 hours notice before the booking date. To reschedule, please reply to your order confirmation email and provide your new preferred date and time so that we can review your request. We will reply to your email with a confirmation.
