If any physical product purchased is believed to be faulty you can email email@example.com to arrange a refund/ exchange within 14 days after purchase. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item. We deserves the right not give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Online bookings are non-refundable. Gift cards purchased online are also non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
If your refund/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
