Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome only if we have not reached our maximum capacity per session. Sessions are usually fully booked during weekends, public and school holidays. If you would like to guarantee your visit, we strongly suggest you to Book Your Visit Online.
Do I need to show confirmation when visiting?
Once you have booked online we have your reservation. You do not need to print anything out or show confirmation of your booking. We only require the name under which the booking was made.
Do you charge a transaction fee for bookings made online?
A 5% transaction fee is charged for all online transactions made on our website. The transaction fee is applied on the total of your shopping cart amount.
Do you have Disability Access?
Our ground floor lounge is just a small area scattered with cat trees, toys, bedding and floor lounge seats. It is not a cafe area where people can sit down and enjoy their drinks. We also need to ensure that visitors are given enough space to socialise with the cats, usually sitting on the floor. Therefore, it is difficult for a wheelchair to go into the lounge area and there is no lift access to the upper level.
Do you accept Companion Card?
We are not part of the Companion Card program. Due to the limited number of visitors we can allow in every session, we require everyone including support carers to book a session prior to the visit.
Can I bring my own cat?
Sorry outside cats are not allowed to visit due to health and safety regulations.
What Food is available at the Cat Cafe?
We can only serve hot/cold beverages at the cat cafe due to strict restrictions placed by the city council. Please be aware we do not cater meals, only small bites. Only food and beverages purchased at the cat cafe will be permitted into the cat area. Please understand we are not a regular café, but a cat cafe. Our main focus is the cats’ welfare and happiness.

Is there a charge to see the cats?
Yes, the entry tickets start from $15/ person/hr. This entrance fee is to cover costs associated with the cats such as equipment, medication, worming, flea treatment, and vet visits. Please be aware this is a non-refundable entrance fee. If a booking has been made for the incorrect time/date slot we may be able to change this, however we will require at least 24 hours notice via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Are children of all ages allowed?
We have an age restriction in place for the protection of the cats and babies and young children. No child under 8 years old is allowed.
How do I get there?
The closest train and tram station is Melbourne Central on Elizabeth Street. From Elizabeth Street head up La Trobe Street or Little Lonsdale Street towards Queen Street. Turn down Sutherland Street, and then down Guildford Lane which is between Flanigan Lane and McLean Alley.
What are your opening hours?
Please check our booking calendar to confirm daily opening hours as we may close early when necessary for building maintenance and care for the cats.
If any product purchased is believed to be faulty you can email email@example.com to arrange a refund/ exchange within 14 days after purchase. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and online transaction fee are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All boxed or sachet parcels have tracking available. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Backorders are not available.
